1. Delivery Locations

We offer shipping throughout Nigeria.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery (Outside Lagos):
  Delivery within 2–3 working days to locations outside Lagos.
• Standard Delivery (Within Lagos):
  Delivery within 1–2 working days within Lagos.
• Express Delivery:
  Delivery within 1–2 working days (available in select cities).

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. You will be able to review the shipping cost before confirming your order.

4. Order Processing and Dispatch

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will be processed and shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) will be shipped the next day.

Once your order is shipped, an email notification will be sent to you.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or there are any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer support team at support@divellebeauty.com. We’ll do our best to resolve any concerns.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within Nigeria. If you’re located outside Nigeria and wish to place an order, please contact our customer service team for possible international shipping arrangements.
