Returns & Exchange Policy
At Divelle Beauty, we are committed to delivering quality products. If you are not satisfied with your order, returns and exchanges are accepted under the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

The item is not damaged, altered, or tampered with

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided
Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Opened or used nail products (including gel polish, acrylics, liquids, etc.)

Cosmetic and lash products once opened

Customized or personalized items
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

Include your order number and reason for the request.
Step 2 – Approval & Instructions
Once we have reviewed it, we will provide return instructions if your request is approved.
Step 3 – Return the Item

Items must be securely packaged in their original condition

Use a trackable delivery service

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (except in cases of error or defect)
4. Refunds

Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned item

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where:

The item was defective

The wrong item was sent
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and approved

Replacement items will be shipped once the exchange is confirmed

Processing time: up to 7 business days
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Provide clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by us
